Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Missing BIP Desktop 12c addin on Word 2013 using Win7 64bit

Hello everyone,

I'm trying to install BIP Desktop 12c download: http://download.oracle.com/otn/nt/bi/122100/BIPublisherDesktop64.exe http://download.oracle.com/otn/nt/bi/122100/BIPublisherDesktop64.exeOracle BI Publisher Desktop 12.2.1.0.0 for 64 bit Office on Windows (240 MB)

The installation works just fine without any issues.

However, when I open Word the add-in does not appear. If I go to Word Options to add it manually it appears:

So I select it, but even then, BIP is missing and nothing happens.

Then if I restart word, the plugin is still not present. If I add it back, now I get an error:
