Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. In which scenario the erecord_signature_status will be PRESUCCESS in EDR_ERECORDS?

Few of validations failed because the records are with status PRESUCCESS. Please let me know the scenario where the status will be PRESUCCESS?
