LPN moved to STAGING Subinventory with Sales Order Line Released to Warehouse

All,

We have a crossdocked LPN that got moved to STAGING subinventory while the sales order line that the reservation is tied to is in "Released to Warehouse"  status.  There are no tasks on the WMS Control Board or move orders associated with this sales order line and item.  There is a delivery assigned. 

How does this happen?  How do we fix this?
