Excel 2013 crashes on exit when Smartview is installed

I have a user that gets an error message every time she shuts down Excel 2013 32bit.

It says Microsoft Excel has stopped working.  and windows is checking for a solution.

It started happening after Smartview was installed and If I remove Smartview the problem goes away,

I have:

1. Deleted the users profile,  reinstalled Office, reinstalled Smartview.

2.  Installed the latest version of Smartview   11.1.2.520.

I have had others complaining of the same thing with Windows 8 and an older version of Smartview.

Any Ideas would be appreciated.
