Item Reclassification if items has a diff PUOM to reclassify does this has any impact with Valn and

what happens when you do item reclassifications - the 2 items are combined into a new item. the new item and the one of the item which has to be reclassified has the same Primary UOM and one of the items has a different PUOM. does this impact the trial Balance amount and Inv Valuation report. Please guide...thanks
