Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Store indexing pdf report output in oracle R12

We have a requirement to store last 6 months to 1 years report output and user can fetch them based on different index parameter .

Example : Invoice (User may want to see 6 months old invoices based on invoice number , customer or bill to).

How we can achieve this in XML publisher , in our production instance we are purging 5 days old output and log.
