Issue with MetaData rule in FDMEE only brings one Parent account

Dear Planning Guru,

We have issue with our Meta Data Load after upgrading to release 12.1.2.4. We have opened a SR and have not received any resolution as of yet. I was hoping someone from this

group be able to shed some lite on this issue and help us with some notes or workaround ... Here is the issue that we logged with Oracle support:

In a Metadata rule, the Parent Hierarchy is returning 1 Parent in the Account Dimension and nothing in the Entity Dimension. We have run a query as the same user as the Schema from SQL and the appropriate parents are returned. The Source is eBS 12 linked to a target of Planning. There are no error codes, it is just a blank selection popup box. Manually typing a parent results in an invalid and you cannot save the hierarchy. FDMEE Metadata rule is works and is running for the other dimensions which do not have Hieararchy successfully. The Metadata rule
