E1 F4201 & F4211 is not getting updated

Hi,

Facing the subjected issue during below steps for Particular one Item.

- Item master, Item branch & Item branch location set ups are correct

- Entering the sales order

- At the order detail revision screen, entered the item number, qty. rest other fields gets auto populated based on set up.

- I clicked on save button. Order Number got generated.

When i enquire the order, found that there is no detail records created. No records found in F4201 & F4211.

Kindly advise.
