What feeds into box 15 on the 1095C form?

When I flag the ACA Fulltime Eligible as "yes" it shows amounts in boxes Mar thru Dec. I'm missing amounts in Jan and Feb. I'm not sure what setups to review to validate this test as successful or failure.
