Modifier setup for Buy any 3 items from a list and get 33% in iStore

I have to setup a Discount for buy any 3 or more of a selected list of items get 33% off for items purchased from iStore. I have setup a header level discount and is working fine. But when the shopping cart contains other items including the list of items the discount is applying on other items as well.Kindly let me know how to setup this modifier.
