Receipt Write Off Showing Insufficient Limits Error

Hi,

The user is trying to perform a receipt write off transaction on a receipt and he gets the below error:

"APP-AR-96985: The total write off amount must fall within the receipt write off limits range system option"

But contrary to what the message suggests, I can see that the amount the user is trying to write-off is well within the limits that is defined for him.

Please Help.Attached document with screenshots.
