ADRCI error DIA-48119: error encountered when attempting to remove a file

        Good day, we have Oracle RAC SE 12.1.0.1 on Windows Server 2012 R2 and we have this error in all nodes:

adrci> purge -age 180

DIA-48119: error encountered when attempting to remove a file [C:\app\Administrator\diag\rdbms\orainst\orainst2\trace\orainst2_asmb_7972.trm] [0]

DIA-48190: OS unlink system call failure

OSD-00001: additional error information

O/S-Error: (OS 5) Access is denied.

        How can I delete those files in both nodes without stop the instances?
