cannot enter test results for an item to different test groups and different departments

Hi everyone,

Is there any way to enter test results for an item in different test groups and different departments?

I have different test groups for an item such as microbiology tests, process control tests etc. and i need to enter them by different people in different departments. For example, an employee from department-A will choose new sample or preferences from row only microbiology tests should seen in test results screen. After, an employee from department-B will choose new sample or preferences  from row (or anything) only process control tests should seen in test results screen. How can i set this process?
