Found this new config setting, CALCPASSTIME, does anyone have any info about it?

Watched a third party video where they discussed CALCPASSTIME but it wasn't much help at all.  Can't find anything on Google or anywhere else.  Does anyone have any explanation as to what it does?  Essbase 11.1.2.4
