Not able to login dep920 but able to logic in jdeplan after custom installation plan

This is my first time installation, I have installed 9.2 deployment server ,database and enterprise server successfully and also run custom installation plan successfully after that deployment server is able to login jdeplan but not able to login dep920 environment getting error in jde.log (unable to create user session to database server ,ora01017-invalid username password )i have setup tns files able to do tnsping with orcl from deployment server but i think i forget some necessary step .please give me some hint what i missed
