EBS R12 Payroll Unacceptable Balance Report Question

Hi All,

We just ran the Unacceptable Tax Balance report for this year to date (2016).

There were a lot of entries with the message "YTD Medicare EE Withheld does not = YTD Medicare ER Liability ". In almost all cases the differences were only a few cents. We have two questions:

1. Why is there a discrepancy between these two balances? These should always be in synch.

2. Is there anyway to correct these discrepancies outside of a balance adjustment?
