Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Custom Paper Size giving problem when printing BIP Report

Hi ,

I have designed BIP report with custom size rtf file i.e (8.5" x 7") and printing on the same paper size : (8.5" x 7").

After printing, it expect another paper and giving error like i.e : Paper Size Mismatch.

Can any one help me out in this ?
