Advanced Pricing - Can advanced pricing put an order on hold?

Would like to check the price on an order line, which is created from advanced pricing, against another adjustment and if order line price is below the adjustment price put the order on hold.

So, this would be the last adjustment in a schedule and check the price on the line against an adjustment that is set up as net prices and if the price is below that put the order on hold.
