JDE 9.2 Cannot Check Out Batch Versions with Version Security Set to 1

Hi,

Created and user along with new custom version and set the version Security to 1 and performed an check In

Next time again signed on with the same user id and tired to do check out the same custom version which has security 1, was unable to do the checkout gives Error : Version User Security Error

This problem only exists in JDE 9.2 TR 9.2.0.2 ..
