Tender I - Transaction number

Per my understanding, the idea behind I-transaction number in tender is:  At times same shipment can be tendered more than once to one or more carriers. To make it unique, we additionally send i-Transaction number besides shipment ID. So we have given the unique identifier to carrier as F001433-62028 (Shipment ID-Tender transaction number)

• When we send a shipment tender F001433 (EDI 204), OTM creates a unique I-transaction number (62028) with transaction code Insert and carrier has to respond with same I-transaction number (62028) on the tender response (EDI 990). No issues here. When carrier sends with same I-transaction number, it updates status in OTM, all good.

Howdy, Stranger!
