Enable Product Eligibility outside Order view

Hi,

As part of simplifying user experience, we are proposing a design where in the Order submission can be done within the account screen.

We are using OUI PR/PM approach to capture all the relevant values for order creation and submission and then would finally create and submit the order in the backend.

For this, we wanted to understand if we can have the Product Eligibility Check (that currently happens when we launch the Pick Product pick applet while creating order line items) incorporated with the Account Screen.

Basically we would try to leverage the "Multi Add" feature that we have which launches the Pick Product pop up applet, but not sure whether the required underlying services would get called.
