Available qty show negative when move transaction return

Hi,

    I got the issue about wip version R12.1.3,  So , there is one component which was defined with negative qty (use for return) in own BOM,   When I done move transaction with complete, backflush form will show the available/On hand quantiry with negative balance on the line of this component (negative).   In fact, this component have the on hand quantity in that subinventory of BOM.

   Please inform me the cause.
