Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Credit management not sending notification during folder creation

Hello,

Customer on 12.2.3 faces the issue where When the case folder is created, there is no notification mail coming.

When the folder is closed, then the mail that is supposed to have come during creation, comes. This causes confusion

Could you please advice whether it is a configuration issue and what to check/collect from customer?
