srvctl start listener throws PRCR-1079, CRS-5014 errors

Hi DBAs,

One of my production server running on Oracle 11g R2 ( 11.2.0.4.0) ASM RedHat Linux 6, was cloned . As the server was cloned from one node to another , I got following errors on cloned server for HAS.

$ crsctl start has

CLSU-00105: Operating System interface has reported an internal failure

CLSU-00103: error location: scrcreate5

CLSU-00104: additional error information: need ha priv

CRS-4000: Command Start failed, or completed with errors.

Hence I thought of reconfigure Oracle restart , where at one of the stage I was trying to start listener and got following errors.

su - grid

echo $ORACLE_HOME

/home/app/grid/product/11.2.0/grid
