How can you disable multi form for Payables R 12.1.3

Good Afternoon, We are using Oracle R12.1.3 and want to
prevent our Payables team from having more than one screen open at a time. For
R11 in HRMS there was a function " Navigator: Disable Multiform"
which we were going to test in Payables. In R 12.1.3 this function is no longer
used. Does anyone know if there is a function we can use for Payables or if
there is another solution to only allow the Payables responsibilities to be
limited to one form at a time? Thanks
