Document date error on P0411

Hi Folks,

Why we get Document date error on entering the GL date less then todays date while entering the back dated voucher in current month? Like entering the voucher for 2nd of Feb on today 5th of Feb.

Is there any setup which restrict any user ID to enter the GL date lower then the previously entered date on any voucher?
