RTF Template for Excel Output Print Options

Hi,

   I have a rtf template that I use to generate Excel output. The orientation on the rtf template is "Landscape". But when the users open the output in excel, it doesn't default to Landscape. Is there a way while using rtf template I can specify the orientation and print options like fit in one page for the excel output ? I am using XML Publisher on Oracle ERP system. Our ERP version doesn't support the excel templates yet so I cannot use them.

Any help regarding this is appreciated.
