WebLogic Server 10.3 as a Windows Service on Startup

Hello,

I am using EPM 11.1.2.3.700 and noticing that we do have the WebLogic server but not running all the time. If I need to access the server I need to start the WebLogic server first and than only I can access it. While looking for the WebLogic Server that can start automatically (as windows service) and come across the file that resides within the wlserver_10.3\server\bin\installSvc.cmd looks like once ran it will create a windows service and I just need to setup startup option to Automatic so whenever the server reboots it will start the weblogic server.
