Process to pin ASCP concurrent manager to other RAC node.

Currently I am utilizing a two node R12.1.3 application tier on a 2 node 11gR2 RAC system with PCP enabled.

APPS Node 2 also has ASCP configured and pinned to RAC Node 1.

I am  going to drop a RAC node and add a new node so I will need to shift  ASCP to RAC node 2 and then back again.

What is the best documentation reference to accomplish this task?
