Oracle EBS R12.2.5 running on amazon aws

Hello, I am attempting to install a R12.2.5 instance on an Amazon AWS server.

I have now got the final hurdle in this build in that I now want to connect to the instance from my home machine but it isn't happy.

I have looked at note 1205963.1 which is for 12.1 and have done as they have said which has enabled me to get the login screen    but when I log in it gives me

Can anyone direct me as to what I am missing.
