How does one correct Autoinvoice Error - Please correct Revenue Assignment on Taxable Freight Line 1

The accounting segment should actually be the freight account from Transaction Types and not the revenue account from Item.  I had this working at one point, but something changed in our environment refresh.  I am not sure what is root cause.
