AIS on Load Balancer

We are having an issue configuring AIS over HTTPS through NetScaler load balancer with SSL offloading on Load Balancer. We are on Application release 9.1, TR 9.1.5.5 using WebSphere 8.5.5.5. I have also verified the SSL signature algorithm required which SHA256RSA and the mobile app version being 2.1.

I was also successful in configuring HTTP through the Load Balancer, also was able to make HTTPS work circumventing the load balancer.

My question to you is have anyone have any customer with a working setup over a load balancer using https?

Any help or pointer will be very helpful.
