ERROR web local display environment select

hi,

Please files uploaded,..could help me to understand if is fine the INI files...?

we are facing issue related web local

start engine fine, but first screen  show environment to select, this is rarelly becouse should login quickly and directly welcomscreen (I means without display environment selection)

which could be the issue...?
