Additional transaction getting created after ownership transfer in Installed Base

An additional transaction in showing up in the transaction history whenever we are doing an ownership transfer in Installed Base and this is the last transaction that is automatically getting created after performing ownership transfer.

But when checked in the transaction details, it is not showing up any changes in the values related to the sections on the display.

Please suggest as to why an additional transaction is getting created even though there are no changes showing up on the transaction detail.
