Move ASCP to second RAC node

Currently I am utilizing a two node R12.1.3 application tier on a 2 node 11gR2 RAC system with PCP enabled.
APPS Tier 1 and 2 are the primary and secondary APPS nodes, and the ASCP processes reside also on APPS tier Node 2.

APPS Node 2 for ASCP is pinned to RAC Node 1.
I need to move the ASCP instance database connection to MYPROD2, the second RAC node.

Replace node one of the RAC and then move the ASCP instance back to MYPROD1.

(Q)What is the best documentation reference to accomplish this task?
