R12 Is there any integration between INV, PN and FA

Hello

We have a Real State Customer who usually invest huge amount in Lands,

1.-The company gets a bargain Price for example 100,000 square meters

2.-After one month they made a financials analysis where they decided to Split the Land 40 % will be a Mall that will be lease, while the 60 % will be houses/departments to be sale.

Hence I was wondering if I buy the Land as an inventory and one month later I need to send 40 % to CIP in order to build the Mall to be lease, while the 60 % we need to build the houses that will be sale.
