Vocabulary override

While I understand that vocabulary overrides are stored in central objects and we cannot get specific changes form F98750/F98751, etc. in E1 9.1. (or any release), I would like to know if there's a way out to extract all vocabulary overrides for particular form through some business function or any other means. I believe system may be storing old and new values somewhere and we are tyring to get those old and new values.
