Create alternate boot environment

Hi,

I'm running Oracle Solaris 11.2 X86 in a VM.  Would like to create abe before patching.  Following are my filesystems :

/dev

/system/contract

/proc

/etc/mnttab

/system/volatile

/system/object

/etc/dfs/sharetab

/lib/libc.so.1

/dev/fd

/var

/tmp

/var/share

/export

/export/home

/rpool

/system/zones

/var/share/pkg

/var/share/pkg/repositories

There is only 1  disk with zpool  . All FS  listed above belong to this pool

zpool status rpool

Can I've exact syntax to  create ABE ? Do I need another disk
