Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Is it possible to configure cgroups and PROCESSOR_GROUP_NAME on ODAVP X5-2 with DB 11.2.0.4

We are faced with consolidating a number of applications with few 11.2.0.4 databases each on a ODAVP X5-2.

Is it possible to leverage cgroups and PROCESSOR_GROUP_NAME to manage CPU allocation for each application?

If it is possible is there a white paper?
