Transfer Price error on Intercompany RMA

1.Sales order is created in Operating Unit X.

2.RMA line is received in an organization that is tied to Operating Unit Y ( different set of books and legal entity )

3.There is already an intercompany transaction flow setup between Operating Unit X --> Operating Unit Y

On trying to process receipt using Receiving Transaction Processor, getting an error as below.

Error from the External Transfer Price API.*INTERFACE_TRANSACTION_ID:RVTII-060: Subroutine INV_TXN_MANAGER_PUB.process_Transactions() returned error

What is the API that is called here ? Is it the same API that is called in Intercompany shipment ?
