How to get access and rebuilding Hyperion applications in lower environment

We have a problem in getting access on Hyperion applications (such as Hyperion Essbase Administration Services, Hyperion FR, Hyperion Workspace, Hyperion Shared Services, Hyperion Essbase Studio Server, etc.) in the lower environment. Upon checking, the services are all stopped and not working. And when I tried to restart the services in order (starting from Hyperion Foundation OpenLDAP), I get an error with "error code 16". I've searched from Google and Oracle Community on how to recover/reset/restore OpenLDAP but did not succeed and still can't start all the services. Please advise on how we can start all the services and so we can use the applications. Thank you.
