Need to implement WMS in to a production instance

Hello,

Any guru to suggest critical route to follow up, we need to setup a WMS implementation under a production Oracle EBS R12.2.4 instance?

Our Client is requesting implement this module, but when I was doing the configuration as a test, first I got first error messge APP-INV-86711 due receiving pending transactions. It was alerting  me, do i need additional information regarding this process? any help will be appreciated.
