Integration of EBS HRMs and Taleo Required Steps

Dear All

I am using 12.2.4 and database 12.2.0.3 I have a requirement to integrate Taleo Enterprise Edition with Oracle EBS HRMS. I have a provided tool "Taleo Connect Client" which extracts data from application in CSV format. But I don't exactly how to:

1. Use those files for integration.

2. Generate csv files in application custom schema.

3. Make all process automatic.

I know this forum is not related to Taleo Enterprise Edition but i could not find any suitable forum for this.
