Dear All

i am receiving this below error while submit returns. can you please advice and provide feedback.

There was an error during creation of the return order. Error: Invalid value for party_id. Please enter party_id value from hz_parties. Action: Please contact us with the above error message and the item/serial number you are trying to return. Phone: Email:
