E1 R42565 - Chinese Character Not printing

Hi,

We are using R42565 object to print the standard invoice. In One Enviornment i.e. QA Env, all the details of chinese character are getting correctly printed on the invoice but in PD Env none of the Chinese characters getting printed.

Please advise if there is any kind of functional set up we are missing which need to be Done in PD En apart from 00/CN.
