Unable to start HTML Server

Hi Team, Our QA HTML server has stopped. I could see Server 1 and AS_JS_8081 node also stopped but in the main page of server manager  IBM Webspehere showing the status as running.  I am not able to log into Websphere Admin console as well. Every weekend we reboot all the servers but still this rebooting didn't bring the server up.

We are on E9.1, RHEL5.3, WAS855
