Charge lines are showing two bill to address and two service requests.

Hi team,

Debrief is having only 3 lines but ,Charge lines in the SR is showing two bill to addresses and two Service Requests in Source tab.

Expected behaviour is to have 3 charge lines only for that particular SR.Those are roll up charges only.

There is no party relation ship between the customers of those  two SR's:

Yellow highlighted one is different SR. I have checked in cs_estimate_details table ,it is showing 3 lines only.
