Disable complete button in AR Transaction form

Hi,

I'm trying to disable complete button in AR Transaction form. (followed steps in Doc ID 1111224.1 and the button does get disabled when you go into the form to create the transaction)

but as soon as i click save, the complete button is displayed again. Any help please?
