Agent's umask

Hi, I run into an issue with privileges on OS level.

Agent running rman jobs sets privileges on archivelogs/<date>/ directories as described in  Doc ID 752011.1. But that is not desirable, I'd prefer profile umask to be used, like database does. Is there any supported method to set umask for agent?
