PC_GL_TO_PC Cost Collection Process collects Cost for "Inactive" Projects

Hi,

We ran the PC_GL_TO_PC Cost collection process without entering any run control criteria on the run control page. The process did collected cost but few of these collected cost pertains to Projects that are with Project Status of "Closed" and Processing status of "Inactive"

We have below questions for your clarification.

Question1: Under what situation system will still collect cost for Projects with "Closed" and "Inactive" status. If answer is "Yes" Does all the other delivered Cost Collection processes will collect cost assuming that there were transactions open/existing in the sub system for the Projects with "Closed" and "Inactive" status?
